Is there really an Elixir of Life?

Do you believe in it?

I know people search for the Fountain of Youth and often think they find it after spending thousands on beauty products and gym memberships, not to mention trendy spa vacations.  Yes, there is evidence to support caring for yourself helps you look and feel younger.

But I think Sophia Loren defines it with more eloquence:

There is a fountain of youth: It is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love.  When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age. fullsizeoutput_2fcf

But an elixir to do that too?  Is it possible?  I know coffee must be on the short list along with a glass of wine.  That’s a given around here.  Unfortunately, that isn’t for everyone. Is it?

What about water?

60% of the human body is made up of water, as is 70 % of the earth. Yes. water. IMG_3408
