Is there really an Elixir of Life?
Do you believe in it?
I know people search for the Fountain of Youth and often think they find it after spending thousands on beauty products and gym memberships, not to mention trendy spa vacations. Yes, there is evidence to support caring for yourself helps you look and feel younger.
But I think Sophia Loren defines it with more eloquence:
There is a fountain of youth: It is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age.
But an elixir to do that too? Is it possible? I know coffee must be on the short list along with a glass of wine. That’s a given around here. Unfortunately, that isn’t for everyone. Is it?
What about water?
60% of the human body is made up of water, as is 70 % of the earth. Yes. water.
It is necessary for the survival of our natural environment.
And not only is it good for our body,
It is also good for our soul. Have a nice weekend.

Thank you. This was a fun one. Initially, I was going to pass, and then I watched my granddaughter playing in the water. 🤗

Few different places. I live in Arizona. The first photo is my granddaughter at my home. The paddle-boarders and wild horse are at a late nearby. The other two are from Yellowstone from when we lived there. And finally hiking under the waterfall was in Oregon. I wasn’t going to join this prompt, and glad I did. Turned out to be a fun one. Thanks for popping by.

This is a nice blog. I’ll keep an eye out for new postings. The photos are great! I lived in Phoenix from 2009 to 2016. Great place! I loved ASU Football games, the restaurants, and the weather.
