Cheers to eclairs and coffee.
You know, there are so many things in life I don’t understand.
And the truth is, I am not sure I need to.
Isn’t this side of heaven a gift to us, a treasure to believe there must something greater to every little thing?
To Every. Little. Moment.
Is there?
Doesn’t always feel like that, does it?
And today, while I know I cannot control the date on the other side of our dash, I can control that dash.
So, eclairs and coffee it is, with a vow to NOT tell mom, as we were told not to ruin our lunch.
Happy Fathers Day to him today.

Wind Kisses, Donna
And I pray you glean something good from your day too.
Eclairs and coffee sound great!

Sounds good to me. My mom and dad are coming over for lunch/Sunday dinner, whatever you call the meal in the middle of the day on Sunday, and we’re having blueberry crisp for dessert, although it’s tough not to take a bite sooner as it’s sitting on the rack cooling. 🙂
