What do you think? This is my final photo for what I call the “Where in the World” Challenge. It’s just for fun, hope you’ll join for the month.
Brian from bushboys world nominated me for this fun weekly photo challenge
Feel free to join in this photo challenge (everyone is welcome). Show your best photos, but let’s make this tricky to guess where the photos are taken.
If you participate in this photo challenge, this is what you need to do:
- Post one of your favourite photos each week for a month.
- The photo can be from any time and anywhere, so start sifting through those old memories and photo albums.
- Post the photo without any explanation and ask your readers where they think the photo was taken for a little guessing fun.
- Nominate someone each Sunday. You can post wherever you wish although please link to me, so that I know you have accepted the #photochallenge. I am not nominating anyone … but if there’s someone out there in the blogging world that wants to share their beautiful memories, please do so.
Wind Kisses, Donna
Truly spectacular. As a person who has never been to the US I’d guess at the Grand Canyon?

Yes. What made it tricky was it is on the north rim. Very few people visit up there as it is a little out of the way. This window is called Angels Window. I love that it always seems purple in the right light. Thanks for this little challenge even though I had the epic fail on week two…and it was such a favorite photo of mine. I was out of town, and find it hard to post things to WordPress on my phone, plus I am usually busy gathering content. No matter. Blogging is supposed to be fun and for me just a chance to do it when I can. Thanks again Brian.

I had such a hard time trying to post using my phone not being used to doing so, I understand your frustrations Donna. I am glad you had fun with this little challenge, I did as well.
I am impressed that I got the place right and it is a wonderful little natural window 🙂 🙂

Extraordinary photo. I cannot imagine being on the overhang once I have see crack lines in the rocks.

I guess. That said. You would never even know they were there once on top. But it was fairly narrow on top. I should do a post on that north side of the Grand Canyon, very different from the south.

“Fairly narrow on top” guarantees my vertigo would not allow me out there! Even though I am a wimp, I did love my one trip to the Grand Canyon. My Mom made it to over 60 countries in a life full of travel and said the Grand Canyon and Taj Mahal were the two sites that exceeded her expectations.

Very nice. Good for your mom. I hope someday you will make a trip down here too. Plenty of seemingly safer places you would enjoy. Donna

It is a stunning photo, but don’t know where it could be!

It is called Angels Window and is on the norther side of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Not quite as many people go north so I thought it would be a good one. Thanks for playing along with mine… Donna
