What does the color pink say to you?

I believe, like most colors it evokes emotion. We might think of hearts at Valentines, or roses delivered to our homes. We might think of young love and/or flushed cheeks from a brisk winter day. Or maybe we think of a baby girl swallowed up in pink blankets.
What about bubble gum? Is that a reminder of childhood and bubble challenges for you too?
I know, hands down, my granddaughter thinks she has walked into heaven if the donut shop has a pink-frosted donut with sprinkles, but she will settle with a drop of pink icing at afternoon tea.

What about you? Have you ever met anyone that doesn’t like cotton candy?

Pink. It’s about sugar and spice and everything nice because thats what little girls are made of.

And it’s about being in the pink with a great friend.

But…sometimes we just need a touch of pink to set the stage.

And sometimes we need to think pink, to create the world’s finest masterpiece.

Pink.

Perfect pinks. I love all the pics. Pink is a loaded color. Loaded with great memories and high causes. 🙂

Yes. When I first decided I would write about it I found a few pics and then kept taking myself off on tangents. Once again narrow, narrow, narrow. lol.

It is hard to stay on the narrow. I am tangential most of the time.

I guess that’s why we are here. Keep getting better, or trying anyway.

You don’t want to go off on a tangent when walking on a path in the Grand Canyon. 🙂

Haha right!?!? We have a few pictures friends captured as we are getting TOO close in my opinion. I’m not afraid of heights, but it’s a long way day.
My husband, the comedian he thinks he is, says… it will only hurt on the first bounce. Guess that’s true. Lol

Ouch. I think it might hurt for a few bounces depending on…

So many gorgeous pinks, Donna! Your granddaughter is precious! I know I’d take pink frosting if it was glazed over chocolate cake donut! Your friend in pink looks amazing against the GC backdrop!

We have a place nearby, that an English National opened quite a few years ago. It has been a hit with everyone. You can get crumpets in the morning, and high tea in the afternoon, but our favorite is the kids service. It’s so well done. They even have a hat room so you can do it properly.
That reminds me… it’s been a bit. I think we need to go back. Thanks Sarah.

I like Pink. It’s very vibrant and pretty. It draws the gaze, but I really like the colour jade. Don’t know why but I’m drawn to it.

Green IS my favorite color, hands down. Mediterranean, fern, shamrock, teal, jade. Blogger Lisaonthebeach just did a post on green and the energy we get from it. Us lovers of terra firma can relate. Donna

I’ll just echo the sentiments of those comments that came before. Your first picture is an absolute classic..What a story is conveyed. And all the others complete the theme. Well done.
